We are an early-stage startup in Berlin that helps fashion brands & retailers gain access to the resale market for their products. Using our recommence-as-a-service solution, brands can launch resale programs that allow consumers to shop & trade-in pre-owned, refurbished products.
Founded in late 2020, we now live with our first clients, have a functioning MVP and are backed by the best Angel Investors & VCs in the industry.
To bring our onboarding experience to the next level, we’re searching for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d).
Aufgaben
• Integration Design You design the perfect project plan for the integration of new merchants in an advisory capacity together with the Sales & Business Development team.
• Project Management You manage the complete integration process with our retail partners, are the contact person for technical and operational questions and guarantee a punctual, high-quality project implementation.
• Integration Quality You are responsible for testing and quality assurance of the integration and the project before go-live.
• You collaborate with other teams at reverse[.]supply and are responsible for the continuous improvement of our integration process.
Qualifikation
• You have experience in implementing JSON, XML and REST API solutions
• Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems, processes and plug-ins
• Experience in technical integration, technical customer support or similar roles
• You have a strong ability to communicate even complex technical challenges in a pragmatic and practical way
• You have strong communication skills in German and English.
